Awesome service! I called to get my headlight bulb changed and they were able to fit me right in. They were super friendly and knowledgable. I have a Volkswagen so I will definitely be bringing my car back here again!

These guys are seriously legit mechanics. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and are even nice enough to answer my questions via e-mail when I'm doing car work myself.

There are few things in life when you feel so helpless. Having your car towed to a mechanic is more similar to sitting in a dentist's chair than it is going to a restaurant where you can just walk out if the experience is unpleasant. This is my 4th time here. I've never brought my car to any mechanic proactively only after something has gone wrong. Over the last 4 years this shop has consistently over-delivered. Competent mechanics, fair prices, friendly people. Spotless work space, comfortable waiting area with wi-fi, free coffee, one block off 3rd/Muni. Ultimately, a relationship with a service provider is built on trust. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else. Bravo Zulu Advanced Autowerks!

I have been bringing VWs and Audis here for service for many years. I keep cars for a long time, and so I feel like I have gotten to know them pretty well.These guys do great work and are always very friendly and helpful. They explain what they are doing and give me advance warning when big service events are on the horizon.In my experience they rarely make mistakes, but everyone does now and then. When that has happened (and it has never been anything major), they have sincerely apologized and made things right. This is a rare and valuable quality, and I really appreciate it!I recommend them without any reservations and will keep coming back.

The best mechanic we've found in sf. Always very fast and professional. Very nice guys with good and honest advice. They even offered to wash the car. Very helpful and appreciated, for the really busy types like myself that don't always get around to it.

I've been an Advanced Autowerks customer for nearly 5 years, found them through Yelp, and, frankly, cannot say enough about their level of expertise and service. From mundane maintenance to complex jobs, they're truly Audi experts, honest, and charge very reasonable rates. My primary point of contact is Jason Hair who goes above and beyond the call of duty, yet everyone with whom I have worked at Advanced has been outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on an Audi or VW.

Great work on my car, runs like new. Took a bit longer than expected should have taken 1 day took 3 days to complete my car BUT they went above and beyond to fix whatever was broken. Did a part of the service for free because of the inconvenience :) I will highly recommend them and very impressed how they handled all the unexpected changes to my car. :)

Advanced Autowerks is absolutely the best. First time bringing my car here--will not go anywhere else from now on. Pricing is competitive and you can't beat the convenience.
