I'm so happy I found Advanced Autowerks! I had a great experience from first phonecall through the service on my '08 Rabbit. They really listened to my needs and financial constraints, and made a plan to get the work done in a way that took care of my car and didn't break my bank. Its great having a shop that actually cares about both the person and vehicle. Advanced Autowerks does both a wonderful job fixing cars but also keeping the customer in the know. In this case, I was able to get an appointment the very next day and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it all in one day. Honest. Friendly. Fair.

This is the first time we had our car (1998 A6) serviced by anyone but Audi. We had several issues including a Check Engine light. One of these issues was an electrical issues that was intermittent and only happened 4-5 times a year. There was also an issue with the washer fluid system. The service was well run and reasonable in price. The communications between the shop and me was very good. They resolved the Check Engine light, replaced the front brakes, replaced the washer pump and tank, changed the oil and attempted to fix the electrical issue. The only issue was a delay in getting the parts for the washer system. That took two days to get. They did install it right after the parts arrived and that was well done. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Zach and the guys at Advanced Auto are top class - after struggling with brake issues on our '09 VW Tiguan for years, they offered to replace our front pads and rotors with a new EOM set offered by VW for free - Now the brakes are perfect, no annoying squeaks etc. Advanced Auto provides quality work, high attention detail and great customer service - highly recommended!
