Service is great, Autowerks identified and fixed a problem that my previous mechanic said wasn't there the first time I took it there. They pay attention to details and the car feels great when I get it back - they made sure the clock was set, the car was clean, and I had new wiper blades. I also love that they communicate well and frequently over email, and you can get your receipt and even pay electronically. The only thing that's tough is the price - I'm willing to pay more for better service, but Advanced Autowerks prices are 25% higher than some other pretty good shops, which might make me go to the other shops for some of the work my car needs. 10% would be OK.

I went to Advanced Autowerks because they forgot to reset my Jetta's engine from a previous Service visit. Whenever I started my car, it would indicated SERVICE. I called and spoke to MacKenzie and she said to come over and it could be reset immediately. I got there at around 5:10 on a Friday and had the engine reset. However, I was told that I was 500 miles away from my next service (oil change) and the engine reset itself to SERVICE again! I started to schedule a future appointment and then I asked if they could do the change oil now -5:10pm on a Friday. With no hesitation, MacKenzie scheduled me in for a 45 minute oil change (diesel) and I was out before 6 pm! That oil change saved me another trip to Advanced Autowerks! Thank you for the late accommodation!

They made a mistake and took ownership of it. Zack went out of his way including working on his day off to ensure I was able to get the problem remedied and once it was all said and done saved me thousands. I truly appreciate his extra efforts and will be back again
