I had called several shops that specialized in European cars and couldn't get in touch with anyone; I was getting frustrated until AutoWerks left a business card on my Jetta a morning following to me leaving a few messages. I took it as a sign and called; they booked me less than a week later for my 120k service. I anticipated my car being out for at least a couple days so it was a pleasant surprise when I dropped the car off at 8am and it was ready by 3! Not only does the car run great but it was an extremely pleasant and professional experience working with Zach and the rest of the Team there. I would highly recommend Autowerks to anyone who owns a VW!

I beat myself up on why I didn't go to you guys long time ago? Your team's ability to understand car problems is exceptional! I have been dealing with the same issue with my car for almost 2 years, and wasted thousands of dollars. My previous mechanic shop didn't figure it out, which forced me to go to the dealer, and after 3 visits, a lot of time and money wasted, even after escalations to VW US CEO, the problem is still there. I decided to take my friend's advice to go to you guys (he has been your loyal customer for years), and problem solved! On top of that, using your service is really easy, the online appointment, emailed work order makes the process like a breeze. Zach is very professional and provides very timely and detail communications. The job was done ahead of estimated schedule too. If there is anything I would 'complain' is your hours are a bit hard for people who don't work in SF and need their cars to commute to work, maybe there are things you do to make that part easier for your customers that I don't know about. But for the excellent service, I would totally deal with the small inconvenience.

I've been taking my Audi's to Advanced since 2002. This might be one of the longest relationships I've had in San Francisco, and definitely one of my best! This was my first visit to the Mission garage and it was, as always with Advanced, a first rate experience. Kyle is very through, explaining exactly what the thought needed to be done and very good with communicating updates. My car was ready in advance of his estimate and they had a nice surprise for me with some generous loyalty perks. I highly recommend the team and work at Advanced!

Zach was incredibly helpful as we had some tricky decisions to make around getting repairs for our Touareg.

I've been coming to Advanced mostly for oil changes for the last 4 or 5 years now... so I've never really been compelled to write a review since there wasn't much to talk about other than their consistent excellent customer service which everyone already knows. That said, in the last 2 weeks Zach and Advanced upped the ante... I was again just getting some fluids flushed and changed, but there was a bit of a communication mishap with incorrect contact info and me feeling a bit concerned about not getting any status updates.... without me even asking they comped me the days work and fluids. I would have been happy with a discount, but they went above and beyond to keep a customer happy. This is why I'll never take my RS4 anywhere else.

We love advanced autowerks! Have been coming for a few years now and feel like everyone is really honest and not trying to always upsell us. I really trust the work that they do. My only recommendation would be that they offer a car wash with every service they do. Just a nice touch I've had at other places.
