I beat myself up on why I didn't go to you guys long time ago? Your team's ability to understand car problems is exceptional! I have been dealing with the same issue with my car for almost 2 years, and wasted thousands of dollars. My previous mechanic shop didn't figure it out, which forced me to go to the dealer, and after 3 visits, a lot of time and money wasted, even after escalations to VW US CEO, the problem is still there. I decided to take my friend's advice to go to you guys (he has been your loyal customer for years), and problem solved!
On top of that, using your service is really easy, the online appointment, emailed work order makes the process like a breeze. Zach is very professional and provides very timely and detail communications. The job was done ahead of estimated schedule too.
If there is anything I would 'complain' is your hours are a bit hard for people who don't work in SF and need their cars to commute to work, maybe there are things you do to make that part easier for your customers that I don't know about. But for the excellent service, I would totally deal with the small inconvenience.
