Excellent service. Looked at my car, found it was under warranty, and told me to go to a dealership with $0 charge for the time they spent diagnosing the issues. Once I got the warranty work complete at the dealership and needed to fix something out of warranty, I came over to you guys for the radiator. They did everything they said, no surprises, and finished on time. You guys earned a loyal customer.

I rarely write a Yelp review but feel inclined to do so after receiving such excellent service at Advanced Autowerks. We just moved to SF from Chicago and were a bit anxious about finding an auto repair shop we could trust. After much research and many recommendations, we thought we would give Advanced Autowerks a try. Their customer service is stellar and it has been a joy to deal with MacKenzie and Zach. My husband and I have never encountered such an amazing auto service center anywhere. Zach is passionate about cars and is wiling to take the time and educate the consumer and make honest recommendations on what to do next regarding ongoing car service. We are so glad we found Advanced Autowerks for our VW and Audi.

Despite the bad luck leading to extensive repairs on my car, I really appreciate the level of service and communication I received throughout the whole process. Mackenzie was great at making sure I understood what was going on and what charges I might incur throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back for future service and repair needs.

I've never had anything but positive experiences with Advanced Autowerks, and my most recent visit was no exception. Mackenzie and the team took tremendous care of me, and were happy to take extra steps to show how much they valued me as a customer (free transportation to and from work, car wash, gift card to Philz while I waited for my vehicle, fantastic communications, etc.). AND they did a tremendous job making my 10-year-old A3 feel like new. These folks are easily the best mechanics I've ever worked with, and I expect to be taking all my family's vehicles there for as long as I can.

This is the kind of place you dream about finding. Honest, reliable, highly skilled. They treat my car like it's their own.
