Exceptional service at every step Mackenzie is a great addition to the team! The new shop foreman is clearly making things move in the right direction, all of the technicians greet me as I walk to the back of the shop and the shop is cleaner than ever.

I took my Audi A6 in for an annual service and to check out some abnormal issues I had been experiencing recently. My vehicle had some unique issues that they definitely do not see on a normal basis. They dealt with it while other unexpected things happened during the time my vehicle was there on site. I was not entirely comfortable with the situation at first but the Service Manager Zach Mason walked me through everything that was done and made sure I was taken care of properly. I commend Zach for taking a tough situation and turning it into a successful visit; definite top-notch customer service by Zach!

I've had my Jetta TDI since 2004. Advanced Autowerks knew just how to take care of me AND my vehicle. Always giving me options and updates about my vehicle and even the occasional Muni $$ to get back home while I wait for my car to be fixed. If you have a "german" car, this is place to get it fixed!

They advise me on what repairs need to be made in order to stay safe, and what I can defer in order to avoiding bulk costs. This is not your typical mechanics. The shop itself has great art up and around, is neat and clean, with continuous improvements made each time I've been there. I trust Advanced so much, that I actually suggested my best friend work there! I love that they have women working there.
