I am still amazed at the great work that was done... things that the dealership had no idea how to diagnose or fix. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the shop as well as the incredibly convenient and courteous scheduling. Honestly the best experience with a mechanic I've ever had.

5+ Stars. The folks at AAW are da bomb! Honest, awesome customer service, excellent mechanics that stands by a gold plated guaranty of their work. We’ve been bringing our 2000 Audi A4 for the past 10 years and have been taken care of like family . Zach is one knowledgeable dude and his trouble shooting skills are second to none. He successfully diagnosed the dreaded “check engine” light on our A4 that many with less patience probably would have committed the car to it’s $$grave! Much gratitude and appreciation to Zach and the folks of AAW.

Zack has been awesome at every aspect of our vehicle care. He has made sure that we are taken care of in a timely manner and has always been respectful to my wife and me. He has most importantly always made sure that my wifes car is given the level of care and service that you would only hope for at other places but at Advanced it is the norm.

I used to have my Jetta serviced by Advanced until VW bought it back (diesel fiasco). I bought a Passat and had it serviced. They were quick to respond and had the service done as agreed by end of day. Zack was most helpful and provided me with what to expect in terms of future service requirements.
